
Booking Policy / Terms and Conditions
1. Deposits and Payments
1.1. New Clients: A $50 deposit is required for all new bookings. This deposit will be
deducted from your total service cost upon completion. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail
to attend your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
1.2. Returning Clients: Returning clients may be charged a $25 fee for no-shows,
cancellations, or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
2.1. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
2.2. Late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit or
applicable fee.
3. Late Arrivals
3.1. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time or require rescheduling.
4. Promotions
4.1. Promotions are valid for one-time purchase per person only unless otherwise specified.
4.2. Promotional services must be used within the specified promotional period and are non-transferable.
5. First-Time Client Bookings
5.1. For first-time clients, bookings without confirmation, deposit, or payment may be cancelled at the discretion of Contour Body and Beauty.
5.2. Clients will be notified of the cancellation via their preferred method of contact.
6. Expiry and Forfeiture of Treatments
6.1. All treatments, packages, or prepaid services must be used within six months of purchase unless an arrangement has been made with Contour Body and Beauty.
6.2. Unused treatments after the six-month period will be forfeited and are non-refundable
unless an arrangement has been made with Contour Body and Beauty.

7. Refund Policy
7.1. All payments made to Contour Body & Beauty are non-refundable.
7.2. Refunds will only be issued in circumstances where Contour Body & Beauty cancels an appointment and is unable to offer a suitable alternative time.
7.3. Purchased packages and prepaid sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any sessions used from a package prior to a cancellation request will be deducted at the full single-session rate, and no refund will be issued for the remainder.
7.4. No refunds will be issued for change of mind, failure to attend appointments, or dissatisfaction with results where the treatment was performed as described.
7.5. In the event of a dispute, Contour Body & Beauty will review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. This does not constitute an obligation to issue a refund.

8. Client Responsibilities
8.1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information.
8.2. Clients must notify Contour Body & Beauty of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their treatment which is discussed and documented during the FIRST consultation.
9. General Policies
9.1. All services are by appointment only.
9.2. Contour Body and Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to clients who fail to comply with these terms.
